The city´s various existing services help those in need, and there is also close co-operation with volunteer organizations and authorities.

Multilingual Info Mainio provides information and guidance in Ukrainian language on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Guidance in Russian language without pre-scheduled appointment on Mondays and Thursdays 10 – 12 and 13 – 16. Furthermore, guidance services for Ukrainians and the nationals of the nearby areas affected by the crisis will also be available by appointment on Wednesdays 10 – 12 and 13 – 16. To book an appointment, directly contact our service advisor at +358 40 163 2858.
